A new Marvel Rivals leak has revealed a new hero coming to the game, complete with their own voice lines. Following the arrival of the Fantastic Four and leaks of Blade, X-Men and more, a new leak has revealed that obscure Asgardian character Angela is currently in the works.
Marvel Rivals Angela leaks
Created by Tod McFarlane and Neil Gaiman, Angela has a tricky history with Marvel Comics. While technically a Marvel Asgardian, the comic book character initially started as a Spawn character, but transitoned over to Marvel with the “Age of Ultron” storyline in 2013.
While a recent comic book addition to Marvel, Angela has been well received by fans. As the daughter of Odin and sister of Thor and Loki, the character is a powerful Asgardian and one of the strongest characters in the Thor comics.
In the Marvel Rivals leak, via X0X, Angela—also known as Aldrif Odinsdottir—has a number of interactions with other characters already ready for her future launch. With her background as not just an Asgardian, but also a Guardian of the Galaxy, the character’s interactions are already rather substantial.
“Angela, darling, am I supposed to believe that Odin has a daughter I have never known of,” Loki says in one leaked line. “Oh no, I’m not surprised that the one-eyed old man has secrets. No, no no, I am shocked that she is another betrayer.”
“You didn’t bring Thor, did ya?” Rocket Raccoon asks in another leaked line. “Well, crap. Guess we’ll just have to destroy Knull and reunite the Galaxy of the Flarkin’ Galaxy ourselves.”
Other lines discovered in the game from Doctor Strange and Hela focus more on Angela’s power and her Fallen Angel status. As it stands, the character appears to be a great adaptation of her comic book counterpart.
With new heroes coming every month-and-a-half, it’s hard to pin down when exactly Angela will be added to Marvel Rivals, especially with so many leaked characters already discovered.
