NetEase has finally added cross-progression to Marvel Rivals. This feature is very helpful for those who play on multiple systems, as well as those who are looking to switch or upgrade their gaming devices. A few days after the launch of Season 4.5, the game developer released early access to this new amazing feature.
Before the next Marvel Rivals season comes out, players will be testing the feature and making sure that it works flawlessly. Right now, all players can register for the early access version of the feature, but these applications will close in just a few days.
How to enable the cross-progression feature in Marvel Rivals?
At the moment, cross-progression is not enabled for everyone. To enable it, please will first have to apply through the form. If NetEase accepts the application, players will be given access to the feature and be able to use their account on multiple systems.
It’s important to note that these applications are open until October 20. Once this period passes, the Marvel Rivals developer will disable applications for cross-progression testing. Players who are accepted will get an invite through the in-game mail, and invites will be sent until October 23.
As the Season 4.5 roadmap reveals, the next season is set to begin on November 14. This will be a massive update that will add a new Battle Pass, heroes, and many new features. Season 5 will also launch the cross-progression feature, which will be available to everyone.
The future content is certainly exciting, and besides cross-progression, NetEase will release placement matches in the ranked mode. All of these additions should drastically improve the game, which has lost a good chunk of the player base over the past few months.
