The new game mode arrived in Marvel Rivals on Thursday morning. NetEase finally released the long-awaited Anniversary event, adding lots of new content. Thanks to it, players can now earn free Units, purchase new cosmetics, and participate in a new game mode. What makes the new mode so unique is that it has 36 players and a whole lot of action!

Next time you launch Marvel Rivals, make sure to try out the Annihilation mode. Chances are that you will like it and keep playing it! And if not, then at least you’ll be able to take down numerous enemies seconds after pressing your ultimate ability button!

Where to find the new game mode in Marvel Rivals?

The new game mode in Marvel Rivals is called Annihilation and features an 18v18 combat. The mode also brought a new map, Grand Garden, and you can complete a couple of new achievements on it. To play it, all you need to do is open the list of game modes and choose Annihilation.

This game mode allows you to choose if you want to play against AI or real players. If you select AI, the matchmaking will be much faster, and you’ll also be matched up against weaker opponents.

The game mode is similar to Conquest, which is a team deathmatch. However, Annihilation is all about eliminations. There is no need to pick up Chronovium after eliminating enemies, which makes this mode much faster and more dynamic.

The latest Marvel Rivals update brought a lot more than just this amazing new game mode. Next time you log in, you will receive free Units. In fact, you can earn 1500 of them for free, and it will take no longer than a minute!
