Nintendo announced 2003 Game Boy Advance title Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga is coming to Nintendo 3DS on October 6, this year.

During the Nintendo Treehouse livestream that took place after the Japanese publisher’s E3 Spotlight presentation, the handheld remake was revealed, along with an extra mode called Bowser’s Minions wherein you control a school(?) of Goombas, and try to save Bowser.

As well as that, new Goomba and Koopa Troopa Amiibo were revealed, with both said to have some functionality in-game. No concrete details have been announced on what exactly that is just yet, though.
