Nintendo of Europe has announced a Mario Kart DS and DS handheld bundle for the UK. Mario Kart DS goes on sale In across Europe on November 25th and UK gamers will be able to pick up the bundle on the same day for a not unreasonable £100 RRP. Sadly the DS seems to be of the plain Silver kind, and not the racing red that the US market is receiving.
Mario Kart DS features online play through Nintendo’s Wi-Fi Connection service. Up to four players will be able to race competitively online. Anyone without wireless in their home can purchase a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector, which will allow all gamers with a broadband connected PC to play online DS titles. The game also supports local wireless play and offers some limited single-card multiplayer action.
