Controversial kill-em-up Manhunt 2 will finally be released in the UK on October 31.
That’s according to IGN, which has been told the date by Rockstar itself.
Manhunt 2’s UK release had been delayed due to the BBFC taking issue with the game’s violence. But back in March, following months of appeals, Manhunt 2 was finally given the all clear for release after the Video Appeals Committee got involved and decided by a majority of four to three that the game should be given an 18 certificate.
The version Brits are getting will actually be heavily toned down compared to the US version, which was released a year ago. It’s due out for the Wii, PS2 and PSP.
