Developer Supermassive Games has polished off a new behind the scenes look at The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan, revealing how the team went about creating the look of ghost ship that forms an integral part of the story.
The team spent a lot of time looking into how a ship decays and rusts, but exaggerated the effects for the purpose of the game. Sound was also a vital component in creating the ghost ship, and Supermassive recorded actual sounds from a military vessel from a similar era to the ship seen in the game.
