The Game Awards 2024 is set for this evening, and there are a lot of great appearances and surprises to anticipate. We know 2K will be at the show hosted by Geoff Keighley, and they will be present for both Borderlands 4 as well as the newest installment in the Mafia series. Ahead of The Game Awards 2024, a leak has revealed the release date trailer for Mafia The Old Country.

Mafia The Old Country will be part of The Game Awards 2024, but, before the show begins, a leak online has shown the trailer that includes the game’s release date window.

This leak comes courtesy of DJari2020 on X. The tweet is accompanied by a clip that shows the trailer playing on a television, and it says that the game is “coming summer 2025”. It also states that the platforms are PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam.

Per the game’s official website, fans will “Uncover the origins of organized crime” in a ” gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily”. Players will have to “Fight to survive in this dangerous and unforgiving era,” and the gameplay will feature exhilarating “action brought to life by the authentic realism and rich storytelling that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for”.
