Microsoft has announced the October 2009 release of Lips: Number One Hits, a new retail Lips game featuring a collection of global chart-topping songs.
Lips: Number One Hits will feature popular tracks spanning diverse genres and generations that have made it to the No.1 spot on major global charts. Confirmed tunes include:
“Viva La Vida” by Coldplay
“Disturbia” by Rihanna
“U Can’t Touch This,” by MC Hammer
“More Than Words,” by Extreme
“Apologize” by Timbaland featuring OneRepublic
“Karma Chameleon” by Culture Club
“I Heard It Through the Grapevine” by Marvin Gaye
“Oh, Pretty Woman” by Roy Orbison
“Ready, Set, Go!” by Tokio Hotel
In addition to the on-discs songs, Lips: Number One Hits will also fully support downloadable music tracks via Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the in-game Get Music Store.
