Life is Strange is getting a limited edition boxed released early next year, Square Enix has announced.

Available across Europe from January 22, the limited edition features the complete series alongside bonus digital and physical goodies, including the game’s soundtrack, a 32-page art book, and a director’s commentary.

You can see what it looks like in the image above.

“The response to Life is Strange really has blown us away,” said Luc Baghadoust, producer at DONTNOD Entertainment, “to be able to share that experience with our fans in a traditional boxed format is something we’re really excited about and the decision to include the extra items for the Limited Edition is a direct response to fan requests.”

Formats for the boxed version have yet to be confirmed, but the image suggests it may be limited to the PS4 and Xbox One versions. We’ve contacted a Square Enix representative to double check. [UPDATE: It’s coming to PC, too.]

GAME currently has the limited edition available to pre-order on console for £29.99, with the PC version available from the Square Enix Store for £19.99.

Life is Strange first launched back in January and tells the tale of student Max Caulfield as she attempts to uncover the mystery behind the disappearance of school colleague Rachel Amber. The final episode in the series launched last month.
