Update: Square Enix says development of Episode 2 is going as scheduled and there is no delay.
“We’ve been asked to clear up the question of when Episode 2 will be released since there have been rumours of a delay. We would like to assure everyone that development is on track and we’re looking to release it before the end of March,” reads a statement from the publisher.
Square Enix might not be calling it a delay, but launching at the end of March would appear to be slight delay on its planned six week turnaround for the second episode.
Orignal report: Life is Strange Episode 1 launched on January 30, with developer dontnod stating it would launch the second episode six weeks later – around March 13.
Sadly for fans of Episode 1, Square Enix has confirmed to Destructoid that the second instalment has been delayed. There’s no word on when part 2 will actually appear on digital stores.
