Tomb Raider: Legend has achieved the No.1 spot in the PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360 and PC charts in Germany and the PS2, Xbox and Xbox 360 charts in France. This is in addition to reaching the top spot in the UK video game chart, which saw Lara’s latest adventure outsell EA’s The Godfather by 3 to 1 in the all format chart. The game only went on sale across North America on April 11 and is expected to repeat the success it has had in Europe.

Legend is the seventh in the Tomb Raider series, which began back in 1996 and has achieved series sales of over 28 million copies.
