Crystal Dynamics has announced the release of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light for iOS devices.
The game features Lara and her partner Totec in a fast-paced co-op action adventure loaded with enemies, devious traps and puzzles.
“We’re thrilled to bring the Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light App to iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users,” said Darrell Gallagher, general manager of Crystal Dynamics. “The controls have been optimised to take advantage of these amazing devices and the graphics are absolutely stunning.”
There are two versions of the app, one for iPhone and iPod touch priced £3.99, and a special iPad-exclusive HD version priced £5.99.
Guardian of Light was great on consoles and PC, so we’re hoping for good things from the iOS edition too.
At the time of writing we can’t find the game on the App Store, but we’re told it will be available tomorrow.
