LA Noire Rockstar Pass available now

Update: Rockstar has now released the complete LA Noire DLC release schedule.

The LA Noire Rockstar Pass is now available to purchase from Xbox LIVE Marketplace, bringing content previously only available via pre-ordering from selected retailers to all owners of the game.

The Rockstar Pass is priced 800 MS Points and features the following content: The Broderick Detective Suit, The Sharpshooter Detective Suit, The Badge Pursuit Challenge & Button Man Suit, The Naked City Vice Case, A Slip Of The Tongue Traffic Case, Nicholson Electroplating Arson Case and Reefer Madness Vice Case.

All but the Reefer Madness Case has been detailed previously as part of pre-order bonus DLC. The Nicholson Electroplating Arson Case was offered to Best Buy customers when buying on launch night.

You’ll need to wait to get your hands on all the content, with the Nicholson Electroplating Arson Case coming June 21, while no date has been set for the Reefer Madness Vice Case.

Interestingly, the LA Noire Rockstar Pass is only a 108kb download, presumably because the purchase merely acts as an unlock for individual premium content – The Naked City Vice Case clocks in at 412MB for example.

Besides Reefer Madness we’re looking at a bundle of pre-order DLC, but Rockstar has at least offered the bundle at an apparent saving. Cases are priced 320 MS Points a pop if purchased separately. Even if you pre-ordered to receive one of the four cases, you’d still make a saving by opting for the Rockstar Pass over buying on an individual basis.
