UPDATE: HMV has told VideoGamer.com the £4.99 deal for Brink is not correct, however other sources have confirmed they’ve seen in-store details advertising the promotion in branches of the retailer across the country.
ORIGINAL: Retailer HMV and GAME are to offer various trade-in deals to support the launch of Rockstar Games’ LA Noire.
According to MCV, HMV will sell LA Noire for only £4.99 when a copy of new UK No.1 Brink is traded in.
Meanwhile, GAME has confirmed to VideoGamer.com that its stores will be offering the GAME-exclusive LA Noire limited edition and normal version for half price when selected titles are traded-in. Details of which games are included in the trade-in deal will be revealed closer to the game’s Friday launch.
