In God of War Ascension Kratos will face a new enemy called the Furies, reports PS Blog.
As Kratos seeks to severe the blood oath to Olympus that has bound him to Ares, he draws the unwelcome attention of the Furies, three vengeful deities who are hell-bent on tracking him down for slaughter.
In addition to footage of the Furies – which sound a bit like a toy for children – Sony’s released a video of the God of War: Ascension PAX panel which features game director Todd Papy, lead game designer Mark Simon, principal character artist Patrick Murphy and the award-winning writer behind the God of War series, Marianne Krawczyk.
God of War: Ascension will be released for PS3 on March 15.
