British fans of Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2005 for GameBoy advance have the chance to battle it out with other gamers with the chance of competing against winners from all over the world at the grand final in Tokyo.

The tournament will take place in Virgin Megastore branches all over the country where gamers will battle it out over a series of knock-out rounds. Two winners from each regional heat will be invited to the UK final to be held at Virgin Megastore’s Oxford Street store on July 2nd. At the final, 8 finalists will battle it out to become the UK champion. The winner will receive an expenses-paid flight to Japan for two to battle against the rest of the world to become the Champion of Champions. Huge prizes are on offer to the champion.

Entering is easy. Just visit Konami and follow the instructions there. You will then be contacted regarding your place in the tournament.

London, Oxford Street – 11th June

Birmingham Pavilion – 19th June

Newcastle, Monumental Hall – 25th June

Glasgow, Buchanan Street – 26th June
