Pro Evolution Soccer 6 was released last Friday, but, for many of its loyal fans, online play has been an utter farce. Particularly with the Xbox 360 version, players have been experiencing problems getting a game and then once in a game have suffered from unacceptable button lag.
Konami said in a statement released yesterday that, it is “aware of problems with the online elements of its Pro Evolution Soccer 6 titles” and reassures fans that they “are currently investigating the situation in order to present solutions as quickly as possible.“
PES6 is available now on Xbox 360, PS2 and PC and will be joined by PSP, and DS versions at a later date.
