The PSP game titled Boku no Watashi no Katamari Damacy, was revealed by Famitsu and is the first confirmed Katamari game on a handheld, despite many rumours of a DS version being in development. As with previous games in the series, you’ll be guiding the Prince of all Cosmos as he rolls a small ball around crazy environments, eventually turning it into a huge mass of objects.

The story is as wacky as ever, this time set on a paradise island which has been wiped out by a tsunami. A turtle from the island washes up on the prince’s island where he informs the prince of the catastrophe. Taking pity on the turtle the prince decides to help out and rebuild the island. The game will also include a versus mode over Wi-Fi where you can challenge a fellow ball roller.

No release date has been announced by Namco, but the game will be on show at the Tokyo Game show.
