After Kameo arrived at retail with no online co-op play, we were promised that an update would be released at a later date to enable the online mode. Well, the update is finally here and will enable you and a mate to play Kameo together over Xbox Live. The update is free – a very wise move by Microsoft after the recent microtransaction controversy surrounding some horse armour for Oblivion.
Also released last night were two new costume packs. Priced at 200 points each, gamers can purchase the Fight Warrior Pack and the Kameo: Masquerade Pack. The Fight Warrior Pack includes a new skin for each of the warriors and also one for Kameo, and the Masquerade Pack includes 10 new skins just for kameo that transform her into characters from other Rare titles.
