Frontier Developments has announced that Jurassic World Evolution has sold over two million copies, cementing it as the company's 'biggest launch to date.'

The dino-'em-up launched in July 2018 and sold one million units in just five weeks, and attracted some pretty strong reviews to boot. Frontier also confirmed that Elite Dangerous has flogged over three million copies across PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.

'We are very pleased with the success of Jurassic World Evolution, which has been our biggest launch to date,' commented Frontier boss, David Braben. 'Elite Dangerous and Planet Coaster also continue to perform well, as our strategy of supporting, nurturing and enhancing each of our game franchises continues to deliver.'

Looking ahead, Braben revealed that Frontier will be dropping info on its 'fourth game franchise' in the next couple of months.
