Respawn Entertainment president Jason West has left the studio, reports claim.
West, who co-founded the studio with Vince Zampella in April 2010, reportedly left the studio last May due to “family issues”.
West’s departure allegedly hasn’t affected Respawn’s first project, which Kotaku claims he had “not been involved with”.
Zampella has been made the “acting head” of the studio in West’s absence, the site claims.
West co-founded Respawn with Zampella in 2010 following the pair’s high-profile departures from Infinity Ward.
Respawn has yet to formally unveil its first project, which EA is due to publish.
However, tweets from Zampella last week suggest that the title may be revealed at E3.
VideoGamer.com has contacted Respawn for comment.
