Dead or Alive creator Tomonobu Itagaki has suggested that he may work with Nintendo again on a future project once work on Devil’s Third has completed.

Itagaki

Speaking on his Facebook page, Itagaki responded positively to a fan asking whether he might work with the platform holder again, saying: “Naturally. I love their talent, their games!”

However, he remained coy over whether work on Devil’s Third had already wrapped up.

“Haha, I really don’t know I have right to disclose about that lol,” he said when asked whether the game had gone gold. “Many [people] are working hard for this video game industry, i don’t wanna offend anyone’s position.”

Devil’s Third was snapped up Nintendo as a Wii U exclusive following THQ’s closure last year, with the game promising to be an “over-the-top, third-person action shooter” with a “unique vision for a deep and challenging online mode”

Look out for it at some point in 2015.
