SEGA Japan has revealed a patch for the Japanese PS3 version of Bayonetta will be rolled-out on January 28.

The update won’t address any graphical shortcomings found in the PS3 game, but will make it possible to install the game to the PS3’s hard drive in full – which in theory should lessen some of the game’s drawn out load times. Bayonetta, as with all Xbox 360 games, can already be installed to an Xbox 360 hard drive.

We’ve contacted SEGA Europe to find out if UK gamers can also expect a patch.
