Kotaku reports that more key members of the Infinity Ward development team have left the studio, including lead designers Steve Fukuda and Zied Reike.

Fukuda joined the studio in January 2002, having previously worked with Zampella and West at 2015, Inc. Rieke had been with Infinity Ward since the formation of the studio. The pair were also listed in the Writers Guild of America award nomination for Modern Warfare 2’s story.

The same Kotaku sources also indicate that programmer Rayme Vinson and lead artist Chris Cherubini have also left the studio. Cherubini’s departure has been confirmed by the man himself.

While there has been a string of staff leaving the Modern Warfare developer, there’s currently nothing to link them with positions at the newly formed West and Zampella studio, Respawn Entertainment – The studio does, however, appear the most likely destination.
