UPDATE: Sucker Punch co-founder Brian Fleming has confirmed that the February 7 release date posted by Multiplayer is “not correct” and that it will “announce the date this week officially”.
ORIGINAL STORY: Sony may have plans to release a limited edition Infamous: Second Son PlayStation 4 bundle alongside the game early next year.
The bundle appeared on the website of Italian retailer Multiplayer last night, along with an image of the box and a February 7 release date.
Sony has yet to confirm a release date for Infamous: Second Son or announce a PS4 bundle tie-in. Multiplayer currently lists the bundle at €449.90 (£377.86).
If true, however, the bundle would join the line-up of previously announced PS4 bundles, including ones for Assassin’s Creed 4 and Killzone: Shadow Fall.
PlayStation 4 launches in the US tomorrow, November 15 and in the UK on Friday, November 29.
