Update: Hotline Miami will launch for PS4 in Europe on August 20.
Original Story: Uber-violent top-down shooter Hotline Miami is heading to PS4 later this month, Devolver Digital has announced – and if you’ve already picked it up on PS3 or PS Vita, you’ll be able to download it for absolutely nothing.
The PS4 version will also ship with a new feature that lets players “beat people to death” by shaking the DualShock 4. Previous versions required players to mash a face button to get the job done.
A price for the PS4 version has yet to be announced, but expect it to fall in line with the PS3 version’s £6.49.
Hotline Miami 2 is due to release on PS4, PS3, PS Vita and PC later this year.
