With the release of the eagerly awaited Horizon Zero Dawn expansion The Frozen Wilds on the horizon, Guerrilla Games has been ramping up the reveals by detailing one of the new beasts Aloy will be hunting down in the icy tundras of the expansion’s title.
In a video posted on the PlayStation blog, various members of the development team detail how the firey new machine was based on real life animals such as wolves and coyotes – its sound design uses cries from tigers, lions and even a horse. Oh my!
Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds drops on November 7Â exclusively on the PlayStation 4 with a complete edition bundling the base game and its expansion to follow on December 6.Â
