This summer’s Hitman: Agent 47 movie will be supported by a prequel comic book which leads directly into the plot of the film, states The Hollywood Reporter.
20th Century Fox has partnered with comic publisher Boom! Studios to create a single comic which sees Agent 47 hunting a deadly adversary. The story will lead directly into the movie.
F.J. DeSanto wrote the comic, with art from Jesus Hervas. The cover is by Toni Infante.
Boom! has previously worked on comics based on Maze Runner, Planet of the Apes, Sleepy Hollow, and Sons of Anarchy.
Hitman: Agent 47 opens in the US on August 28.
