Square Enix’s divisive sequel Hitman Absolution will be released for free to PlayStation Plus members on May 1, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced.

The Agent 47 action title is the headline release for May, but there’s plenty of other titles to look forward to. On PS3 you’ll also get Catherine and Malicious on May 1, whilst PS Vita owners can grab free downloads of Sine Mora from May 8 and Velocity Ultra HD from May 15.

All this new content does mean that older releases will be removed from the PS Plus offering, with those titles listed below.

Leaving PS Plus in May:

1st May: Okami HD

1st May: F1 Race Stars

1st May: Quantum Conundrum

8th May: Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward

22nd May: Thomas Was Alone
