Heroes of the Storm’s technical alpha is being taken offline to let Blizzard apply a sizeable update ahead of tonight’s closed beta, the developer has announced.
The improvements to the game have been discussed in a new video featuring Blizzard’s Kevin Johnson, who highlights the improved tutorial and the addition of ranked play as part of the hero league – accessible to level 30 players.
A new draft mode is also being introduced giving players the option to take turns picking heroes prior to entering a match.
