Sonic The Hedgehog is coming to LEGO Dimensions, Warner Bros. has confirmed, along with a range of other franchises leaked earlier this week, including The Powerpuff Girls, Harry Potter, Adventure Time and more.

A total of 16 new “entertainment properties” will start launching for the game from September 30, the publisher has said, including a major new Ghostbusters story pack, Adventure Time and Mission Impossible level packs, and Adventure Time team packs.

No new Starter Pack is required either, with all the new content remaining compatible with the existing LEGO Dimensions game and portal.

The full list of franchises includes:

  • Adventure Time
  • Beetlejuice
  • ET
  • Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
  • Ghostbusters
  • Gremlins
  • Harry Potter
  • Knight Rider
  • LEGO City Undercover
  • Mission Impossible
  • Sonic The Hedgehog
  • Teen Titans Go!
  • The A Team
  • The Goonies
  • The LEGO Batman Movie
  • The Powerpuff Girls

The Ghostbusters Story Pack is the most substantial addition, offering six levels based around this summer’s film, plus new LEGO Gateway bricks that can be used to build Zhu’s Chinese Restaurant on top of the existing Toy Pad.

A Fantastic Beasts Story Pack is also due to follow later in the year.

“We are excited to continue our partnership with TT Games and WBIE and bring even more characters to life through LEGO Dimensions,” LEGO’s Digital Games VP Niels Jørgensen. “The videogame has allowed our fans to extend their LEGO play experience in a whole new way and the new expansion packs will create even more play possibilities through exciting properties.”

Exact launch dates and prices for each pack have yet to be announced.
