The release date for the newly announced Helldivers 2 Python Commandos Warbond is officially December 2. It’s the newest Warbond since Dust Devils all the way back in September, and it looks incredible as it packs a chainsword, minigun, and plenty more deadly weapons to crush enemies in the spirit of democracy.

- Mark of the Constrictor – Cape/Banner

- Python Command – Player Title
Starting with the CQC Defoliation Tool, this is a chainsword that looks wicked. It was leaked over a year ago, and the only sad news is that it’s not a chainsword part of a crossover with Warhammer 40K.
The M-1000 Maxigun is a minigun “Belt-fed with ultra-high ammo capacity,” and the ‘Guard Dog’ Hot Dog is a drone equipped with a “flamethrower to coat your foes in the fires of freedom before returning to your backpack to refuel”.
There’s also the primary weapon AR/GL-21 One-Two. This is a deadly combination of an assault rifle and grenade launcher, and it is “heavy to wield, but the damage dealt is heavy too, making your primary slot more versatile than ever with two guns in one”.
We only have to wait a couple of weeks for Python Commands to come out. Arrowhead recently teased “buzzing” and “fiery” updates for December 2, and they certainly haven’t disappointed.
While Python Commandos looks sick, leaks have also revealed a future stealth Warbond alongside a lava planet straight out of Star Wars.
