Xbox players who have played either Halo 5: Guardians or Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be given free access to the series’ classic Warthog vehicle in Forza Horizon 3, Microsoft has announced.
The M12S Warthog will be available at launch to those who have played either game, with codes to download it being distributed via an Xbox Live Message during the week of September 5. You can check out what it looks like in the video below.
But if you haven’t played either game, don’t worry: Microsoft says that other players will also “have the chance to earn” the vehicle during a special Forza Horizon 3 event in October.
In addition to announcing the bonus vehicle, Microsoft also confirmed that Forza Horizon 3 had gone gold ahead of its release next month, revealed its achievements and detailed the Windows 10 version’s recommended specs.
Forza Horizon 3 launches on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on September 27.
