Microsoft has revealed plans to host Halo gameplay evenings ahead of the November 15 release of Halo: Anniversary.

The events will take place at gamestation’s flagship store on Birmingham New Street (B2 4NS) on Friday November 4, and then at GAME Kingston Upon Thames (KT1 1NP) on Saturday November 12, from 7:00 – 10:30pm.

Fans can expect a Halo-themed in-store experience, surrounded by iconic artwork from the franchise, and Xbox 360s with Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary multiplayer.

Competition prizes on the nights include a Halo: Reach limited edition Xbox 360 console, a Kinect sensor, a copy of Halo Anniversary, an Xbox 360 Bluetooth Headset, one year’s Xbox LIVE Gold subscription and a 10,000 Microsoft Points. Smaller prizes including Halo T-shirts and Halo Universe R/C vehicles from Zappies Limited will also be on offer.

Furthermore, a deal with Pizza Hut will see fans treated to a specially created Halo Anniversary pizza at both events. Fans who order the Halo Anniversary pizza online at www.pizzahut.co.uk/delivery between November 7 – December 19, will also receive a confirmation email containing a code for two days Xbox LIVE Gold membership for free.

Halo: Anniversary will launch November 15 with an estimated retail price of £34.99.
