The latest issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly has revealed some exciting information for all Guitar Hero fans, especially those with a soft spot for the ’80s.
According to the US magazine, RedOctane is working on Guitar Hero: ’80s Edition for the PlayStation 2 and it is expected for release in the spring. There’s no word on an Xbox 360 version – Guitar Hero 2 hits Xbox 360 in March – but it could be that we’ll see some of the ’80s tunes made available to download for Xbox 360 gamers.
There’s no official announcement from RedOctane regarding the game, but EGM seems convinced.
