Nintendo has confirmed that a limited Nintendo DS Guitar Hero: On Tour bundle will be released across Europe on July 18. The bundle will include a Silver/Black Nintendo DS branded with the Guitar Hero logo and the Guitar Hero: On Tour game complete with the new Guitar Grip peripheral.
“Guitar Hero created a unique and strong link between music and videogames. It was a natural step that this great concept would come to the Nintendo DS, which itself has attracted millions of new players to the world of videogames,” said Laurent Fischer, Managing Director of Marketing & PR of Nintendo of Europe. “We know this title will provide another new and original way to be entertained on the go.”
Guitar Hero: On Tour uses the revolutionary Guitar Grip peripheral and a custom-designed Guitar Hero pick-stylus to recreate the feeling of playing the guitar. The game will include tracks from blink-182, No Doubt, Jet, Nirvana, Bloc Party and many others.
