Chris Pratt, star of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy and next summer’s Jurassic World, has reportedly turned down the lead role in Sony’s adaptation of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune.

The Hollywood Reporter states that Pratt, one of Hollywood’s hottest stars right now, was approached after Mark Wahlberg left the project. This leaves the production without a lead to play treasure hunter Nathan Drake. Sony may want to look at our own Chris Bratt, whose name is remarkably similar to Pratt.

In related news Sony has decided to juice up the movie’s screenplay by hiring The Hurt Locker screenwriter Mark Boal.

Boal has been brought on board for a three-week production polish on the version completed by Safe House scribe David Guggenheim. He’s said to be a big fan of the Naughty Dog video game franchise.
