PS4 versions of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne, and Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition have all been rated by the Entertainment Software Rating Board in the US.
As DualShockers points out, as these are all PS2 titles, it’s likely they’ll be released on the store like The Warriors, Manhunt and some other Rockstar games were, rather than getting any sort fancy new remake.
Canis Canem Edit, Red Dead Revolver, the original Max Payne, as well as the already mentioned games, all currently retail at about £12, so you could expect to pay something around that when these eventually come to the PS4’s digital shop.
