The remastered version of Tim Schafer’s classic Grim Fandango will release on PC, Mac and Linux alongside the previously announced PlayStation 4 and PS Vita versions, Double Fine has announced.

However, judging by comments made by Sony, the game will remain a PlayStation console exclusive, meaning that it won’t release on Xbox 360, Xbox One or Wii U.

“Hey gang, #GrimFandango is a #PlayStation console exclusive for #PS4 & #Vita!” tweeted PlayStation’s director of third-party production Gio Corsi. “We are really excited!”

The remastered version of Grim Fandango was announced by Sony at this year’s E3, with the original release regarded as a cult classic for its story of Department of Death travel agent Manny Calavera.

A release date for the game has yet to be confirmed.
