Despite the impending release of Red Dead Redemption 2 on the horizon, Rockstar is still pumping out updates for Grand Theft Auto Online, with the latest one revealed to be focused around nightclubs.

Via the announcement on Rockstar Newswire, the July update will see the addition of nightclubs available to purchase in Los Santos, where you'll be able to "Run your nightclub business from setup, design, staffing and promotion; the more popular the club, the faster your secure wall safe will fill up."

In addition to this strategic gameplay addition, new music will be added to the game via these clubs from real-world artists  Solomun, Tale Of Us, Dixon and The Black Madonna. (Yes, I am an old man – I have no idea who they are either but I presume they're pretty cool) Here's a trailer:

To celebrate the update, anyone who logs into Grand Theft Auto Online between July 3 and July 9 will be granted $300,000 in GTA Online cash and an exclusive Orange Wireframe Bodysuit and be added to the Guest List, which will  grant them more rewards should they keep logging in at least once a week through July with bonus cash, exclusive liveries and nightclub themed t-shirts and more. You can find more information on the Rockstar website.
