Gran Turismo Sport adds five new cars and a new track in latest update

Polyphony Digital has taken the wrappers off the latest update for simulation racer Gran Turismo Sport, which will tomorrow see five new cars and a whole new track added to the game.

Posting on the PlayStation Blog, the update is headlined by the Gran Turismo Red Bull X2019 Competition, which is touted as the fastest racing car in the world. In addition, a new road track on the island of Sardegna in the Medditeranian. It's said to be a 'high-speed technical street course that features both long full-throttle straights and tight corners.'

The five new cars in the latest update are:

  • Chevrolet Camaro Z28 ’69
  • Toyota Tundra TRD Pro ’19
  • Toyota Sports 800 ’65
  • Renault Sport Clio V6 24V ’00
  • Gran Turismo Red Bull X2019 Competition

Finally, a new endurance series has been added to GT League to spport the new Gran Turismo Red Bull X2019 Competition. There's no mention however, about the addition of rain shown off last weekend. Either way, this update for Gran Turismo Sport comes out tomorrow on PlayStation 4.
