The cover for the latest edition of Game Informer magazine has confirmed rumours that a new Ghostbusters title is on the way.
A developer and publisher are still to be attached to the project, although Vivendi is strongly linked – the publisher is owned by Universal Studios, current rights holder of the Ghostbusters license.
The game is said to be in development for Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Wii and PC, with a release date still to be confirmed. Dan Aykroyd is to pen the script with Ghostbusters co-star Harold Ramis. The game will also sport top voice talent with Ramis, Aykroyd, and Bill Murray all signed up to reprise their roles.
