Ubisoft has announced that Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be going offline temporarily from 8am BST on October 10, and that’s tomorrow. It’ll be offline for a grand total of 10 hours in order to update its servers for the upcoming free PvP update for Ghost Recon Wildlands: Ghost War. There’ll also be a patch for the campaign mode.
In a statement on the game’s forums, Ubisoft said that, ‘This maintenance will only impact the online play. If you are already in a game from the moment when the maintenance starts, your session will be put to offline mode so that you can still be able to play the game solo with your 3 AI teammates.’
Ubisoft has said that it’ll share the full patch notes around 1pm BST on October 10. Obviously while the maintenance is going on the Ghost War mode will be inaccessible, so you’ll have to occupy your twiddling thumbs with something else in the meantime.
We’ll operate a 10h long maintenance on 10.10 7am UTC for the Ghost War release and TU8. For more info, please read: https://t.co/VHSVjWZwtU
