Ubisoft has delayed Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, handing the title a new release window in the “March quarter” of 2011.
Speaking during an earnings call last night, Ubisoft Chief Executive Officer Yves Guillemot cited “a very competitive environment” as a reason for pushing the title back. In addition to missing some of this holiday’s biggest titles – Call of Duty: Black Ops, Halo: Reach – the game will also benefit from extra development time.
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will be shown for the first time at E3 next month.
