Sierra Entertainment has announced that Geometry Wars: Galaxies will be available in the UK on January 18 for Wii and Nintendo DS.
An all-new title in the Geometry Wars franchise, Galaxies features masses of enemies, more than 60 planets, bigger power-ups and a brand-new Battle Drone to help players through the campaign.
For the first time in the franchise, players can battle across a variety of planets in multiplayer mode. The two versions of the game can also be wirelessly linked to unlock bonus levels and share a full version of Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved.
“We are excited to provide in Geometry Wars: Galaxies more than 60 times the amount of content than Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, with new levels, controls, weapons and enemies,” said Al Simone, senior vice president, global marketing for Sierra Entertainment.
