The GAME Group has declared word of a European 3DS price drop as “exciting news for consumers” and confirmed it will soon reveal its new price for the Nintendo handheld.
“The Nintendo 3DS is an exceptional product and we think that today’s announcement from Nintendo is really exciting news for customers,” Neil Ashurst, GAME spokesperson has told VideoGamer.com. “We will announce our new Nintendo 3DS price soon but we are always committed to offering the best value possible through competitive pricing, our trade in mechanic and offers on games.”
The new European price for the 3DS will be around a third cheaper than the current pricing and will come into effect on August 12.
