1UP reports that Pseudo Interactive, developer of the fun Full Auto series, has been forced to close its doors. The developer is said to have suffered major layoffs when Eidos and parent company SCi scrapped a number of projects, including an unnamed title Pseudo was working on.
1UP says that despite its best efforts to continue the developer was unable to keep its head above the water.
