The PSP version is being developed by Deep Fried Entertainment, and features the same high speed action and fully destructible environments as its console counterpart. The PSP game will include a 56 event single-player story mode, 15 selectable cars specifically designed for the PSP, numerous ad-hoc multiplayer modes (Head-On, Down & Back, and Arena Deathmatch), plus a wealth of new weaponry.
“The PSP is primed and ready for the frantic action that Full Auto 2: Battlelines will deliver,” said Scott A. Steinberg, Vice President of Marketing, SEGA of America, Inc. “The new cars, weapons, its 56 event single-player story-mode, and numerous multiplayer modes all add up to an unparalleled experience for gamers on the go.“
Impressively, the PSP version of Full Auto 2 will also include the series’ unique Unwreck feature, which enables the player to rewind back time to avoid devastating crashes and explosive attacks.
Full Auto 2: Battlelines is scheduled for release in spring 2007.
