Behaviour Interactive has announced that the iconic burnt-faced ‘80s dream invader Freddy Krueger will join the roster of the multiplayer slash-’em-up Dead by Daylight later on today. The horror legend will be joining the game as part of its new A Nightmare on Elm Street chapter.
The developer hasn’t given much information on what we can expect from the new chapter, or even what content will be included. We do know that the razor claw clad child murderer will now join the ranks of Dead by Daylight’s other licensed horror movie icons DLC: Halloween’s Michael Myers and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’s Leatherface. I wonder if Hellraiser is next?
Behaviour Interactive hasn’t announced a price for the DLC, but previous chapter packs were £4.99 on Steam and between £6-7 on PS4 and Xbox One. An educated guess would say that the A Nightmare on Elm Street Chapter pack should be somewhere around this price point.
